When You Place An Order

Dear Customer,

When you place your order, you’ll notice that at times you are being charged twice for postage for two products that are similar.For example, if you were to order 3 small panoramic books, the calculator is charging you the flat rate for 3 books as if you have ordered them at different times which makes the postage too high for that product.

It doesn’t happen all of the time but the issues appears to be random.

Until our IT people can over come this issue, just know that you will be refunded the difference if there is an anomaly.

We do apologise for this inconvenience but rest assured you will not be over charged with postage.

If you receive no refund for postage, then you haven’t been over charged.
