The Journey Continues – South Australia’s Natural Landscapes

Australian Landscape Photography Coffee Table Book by Pete Dobre

South Australia is a state of wonderful variety and contrast. Located centrally in Australia, it is readily accessible from the other states.

Enjoy the contrasts – from the reds of desert dunes, to shades of white on our pristine sandy beaches and the lush green vineyards and pastures.

Observe the colours of South Australia’s four seasons. Compare the vivid aqua waters on our coastlines in summer, to the deep navy blue seas rolling in on a stormy winter’s day. The green vineyards of the Eden Valley in December change to red and golden shades in autumn.

Bushwalk amongst colourful wildflowers in the Flinders Ranges and on Outback tracks in spring. At the Flinders in winter, rain brings out the bark texture in the River Gums and rock faces reflect in waterholes wildest imagination.

This is an overview of what South Australia as to offer in the landscapes and seascapes.
